By accessing or using the services of IR & Associates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Our services are provided in accordance with the standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and all applicable regulatory bodies. We maintain professional independence, confidentiality, and ethical standards in all our engagements.

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards and applicable laws. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.

Our liability is limited to the scope of services agreed upon in the engagement letter. We are not liable for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any claims must be made within the timeframe specified in the engagement agreement.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
